In this private chef experience with Chef Diego you'll enjoy culinary delights from both Colombian and Caribbean cuisine, beginning with fried plantain toast with avocado, and your choice of calamari and mango or papaya and onion salad. Next, savor a variety of seafood with cazuela that features scallops and lobster, and finish with a creamy tropical flan with passion fruit or starfruit.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Diego was quite knowledgeable, the dishes that were prepared were beyond measure. Chef Diego was very personable, he was great at explaining how each dish is prepared during the demonstration. He gave a brief history on the origin of each dish. His cooking classes will offer a wealth of knowledge, and a great dining experience. I would recommend these cooking classes to anyone interested in preparing incredible dishes, and learning a bit of history along the way.
Meet your chef
After graduating from culinary school, Chef Diego’s hunger for culinary knowledge proved insatiable. Chef Diego continued to hone his culinary virtuoso initially by working for his alma mater before moving on to work as a chef in kitchens across the country. He slowly garnered the knowledge and skills to be able to prepare a wide variety of cuisines, including Spanish, Italian, Argentinian, Turkish, Greek, and vegan cuisine.
