During this private chef experience, you'll explore the delights of French gourmet dining. Chef William will prepare a three-course menu focused on using traditional French culinary techniques with a modern twist.
Begin your first course by selecting your favorite appetizer from a rich French onion soup au gratin to French mussels. For your main course, get delighted through a variety of savory options including beef bourguignon or classic coq au vin. Round up this feast with a variety of sweet choices like chocolate pots de crème to decadent raspberry crème brûlée.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef William is a highly talented and passionate culinary professional who brings more than 35 years of experience to the table. He holds three culinary degrees and is a Certified Executive Chef, Certified Culinary Educator and Certified Culinary Administrator. Chef William was named Chef of the Year by the American Culinary Federation, San Diego Chapter, in 2008 and has since earned many more awards and accolades for his work in the kitchen.
