Enjoy a luxurious and authentic French meal in the comfort of your home.

Chef William will delight you with a sophisticated traditional French meal in this private chef experience. Begin with a colorful salad topped with seared tuna, olives and roasted tomatoes. For your main dish, cozy up to an exquisite roasted chicken stewed in fresh herbs and a unique demi-glace sauce with classic fondant potatoes on the side. For dessert, indulge in a beautiful cherry cake dusted with powdered sugar.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef William invited us to his lovely home and accommodated me and 12 or so of my friends for my wife's birthday. Even though there was a lot of us, everyone who wanted to participate could. Like everyone else said in the comments, he was very knowledge and provided several tips throughout the night to improve your cooking, preparation and cleaning skills. The food was delicious and the pot de creme was one of the best desserts I've had in a long time. I highly recommend booking Chef William!

We had a fantastic time with Chef William. I booked "A Taste of France" for my wife's birthday. William welcomed us into his home and began teaching in a way that was not just instructional, but informative, detailed, and engaging most of all. He is very passionate about both cooking and teaching, and it shows. We look forward to our next class.

The Cozymeal class with Chef William Ramsay was fun, informative, interesting, and at the end of the class - a cozy meal. Of course when you book you have no idea who else will sign up, but our class consisted of three diverse couples and that brought interesting and enjoyable aspects to the class. Chef Ramsay has a multi-faceted culinary background and a great deal of teaching experience. This made the information provided unfold in a natural manner and easy to grasp. Additionally, there was a glitch in the online sign-up and Chef went above and beyond to assist me in my efforts to become enrolled in the class even though it was short notice.
