During this private chef experience, get ready to be delighted by the signature flavors of Italian cuisine. Chef William will take you through a culinary journey to the depths of Italian gastronomy.
You'll start by choosing for the first course between seasonal salads, savory Italian meatballs, Tuscan soup and more. For your main course, you'll be able to enjoy from selection of pan-seared scallops to slow duck ragù or creamy risotto. Finally, indulge in classic Italian desserts from white chocolate panna cotta to rich salted caramel budino.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

He holds three culinary degrees and is a Certified Executive Chef, Certified Culinary Educator and Certified Culinary Administrator. Chef William was named Chef of the Year by the American Culinary Federation, San Diego Chapter, in 2008 and has since earned many more awards and accolades for his work in the kitchen.
