Enjoy a four-course private meal inspired by literary classics with Chef Diego.
If you like the work of J.R.R. Tolkien or Andrzej Sapkowski, you will love this fiction-inspired private chef experience with Chef Diego. Explore dishes from favorite novels, including bone marrow with preserved lemon, a salad of pear, apple, raisin and onion, mixed nut-crusted lamb chops with roasted vegetables, and a light peach and coconut dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Diego was quite knowledgeable, the dishes that were prepared were beyond measure. Chef Diego was very personable, he was great at explaining how each dish is prepared during the demonstration. He gave a brief history on the origin of each dish. His cooking classes will offer a wealth of knowledge, and a great dining experience. I would recommend these cooking classes to anyone interested in preparing incredible dishes, and learning a bit of history along the way.
Meet your chef
After graduating from culinary school, Chef Diego’s hunger for culinary knowledge proved insatiable. Chef Diego continued to hone his culinary virtuoso initially by working for his alma mater before moving on to work as a chef in kitchens across the country. He slowly garnered the knowledge and skills to be able to prepare a wide variety of cuisines, including Spanish, Italian, Argentinian, Turkish, Greek, and vegan cuisine.
