Have all ingredients chopped, diced, sliced, shredded, grated, minced, etc. 2. Have the shredded potatoes squeezed dry to remove any excess water. 3. Have the bacon cooked and chopped, if applicable. 4. Have all ingredients measured out and ready to use. 5. Have all cooking tools and equipment on the counter or cooktop ready to use. 6. Have the oven preheated to 375 degrees F. 7. Have the potato parboiled and cooled. Also note, the measurements listed on the recipes are specific to the time frame allotted for the event. Therefore, anyone attempting to double or triple the recipe won't be able to keep up with the flow of the cooking class.

Really enjoyed the energy Chef Angela-Michelle brought to our class! We made some really great-tasting items and had a good time. My only bit of feedback would be that making three food items and a beverage might be one too many for the time and we felt a bit rushed. Perhaps one food item should be removed from the menu to keep a nice flow for 1.5 hours?

The instructor was wonderful! Very passionate about her trade It was a bit overwhelming to have four recipes to make in 60 minutes and I felt a bit rushed, but I did enjoy the class and the dishes were delicious!
