Team Building Activity - Teaming Up for Thai Cuisine
Join Chef Cregg in this team building exercise for an exploration of techniques and ingredients native to Thai cuisine. Teams will prepare classic Thai dishes, while also learning a few things about the culture and history of Thailand.
Teams begin by preparing vegetarian summer rolls featuring traditional ingredients, including vermicelli rice, shiitake mushrooms, fresh herbs and marinated tofu. Pair the rolls with a tangy peanut sauce for dipping. Next, highlight the regional fruits and unique flavor combinations of Thai cooking in a green papaya salad with grilled beef. For dessert, enjoy traditional mango sticky rice.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
