This team building activity invites guests on a delectable journey, learning the art of the perfect charcuterie board. Through interactive demonstrations and a lively team challenge led by Chef David, participants will discover the secrets of balancing flavors.
Your team will bond over crafting cured meat roses, mastering precise knife cuts for cheeses and assembling visually stunning charcuterie displays. By the end of the experience, your team will not only have honed their culinary skills but also fostered stronger relationships and a newfound appreciation for the art of shared dining.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

After starting his culinary career in his native Colombia, Chef David S. brought his talents to Los Angeles. He's worked with chefs in Michelin-star restaurants and has served as a gourmet private chef for several years. His passion for experimenting with flavors leads his quest to craft new recipes, especially when it comes to his Latin-American heritage. With a sense of innovation and curiosity, Chef David S. is excited to share his talents.

Chef David recently led a charcuterie board cooking class for our organization, and I cannot recommend him enough. Not only was he punctual and professional, but his personable nature and fun-loving attitude made the entire experience enjoyable for everyone. The quality of his ingredients and tools was outstanding, and it was evident that he takes great pride in what he does. The class was not only informative but also a whole lot of fun, and Chef David's expertise and passion for cooking shone through. We were thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the event, and we look forward to working with Chef David again in the future.

Chef David is fantastic. The meal was obviously great, but he was just a fun addition to the evening. He gave us concise explanations of each course and posed in photo op's! We'll be using him for our next event.

This was such a wonderful experience, highly recommend David!! We did the South American cooking night for a friends birthday. He arrived early, brought all the ingredients and set up. He taught us about the culture around the food we were eating, and we put together a meal that was restaurant worthy and absolutely incredible. David brought all the food and equipment, and even cleaned up! We love talking to him, and learning from him. This was really such a special experience we hope to do again.

The experience was incredible! My son and I took the class together, and with Chef David’s great instructions we were able to make a delicious three course Italian meal. He was fun, courteous, well prepared, and on time. Highly recommended.
