Join this team building activity to learn how to decorate various cookies. Joined by a gourmet baker, you'll follow step-by-step instructions to prepare a board filled with festively decorated cookies.
After dividing into teams, you'll learn how to make homemade royal icing. This will be used to decorate gingerbread and sugar cookies. As you work together to prepare these cookie creations, you'll master flooding and piping techniques. Enjoy homemade cocoa while decorating.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

He's worked with chefs in Michelin-star restaurants and has served as a gourmet private chef for several years. Chef David was funny, personable, and an excellent chef and teacher. The end result was the best ceviche and lomo saltado we have ever eaten. It was an evening we will remember forever.

Chef David’s class is an experience in tastes. He is so knowledgable about how various ingredients add to the final total flavor. We learned a lot from him, information we will bring home and try to incorporate into our own cooking. Plus he’s a very warm and friendly man. We enjoyed the entire experience with him!

Chef David recently led a charcuterie board cooking class for our organization, and I cannot recommend him enough. Not only was he punctual and professional, but his personable nature and fun-loving attitude made the entire experience enjoyable for everyone. The quality of his ingredients and tools was outstanding, and it was evident that he takes great pride in what he does. The class was not only informative but also a whole lot of fun, and Chef David's expertise and passion for cooking shone through. We were thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the event, and we look forward to working with Chef David again in the future.

This was such a wonderful experience, highly recommend David!! We did the South American cooking night for a friends birthday. He arrived early, brought all the ingredients and set up. He taught us about the culture around the food we were eating, and we put together a meal that was restaurant worthy and absolutely incredible. David brought all the food and equipment, and even cleaned up! We love talking to him, and learning from him. This was really such a special experience we hope to do again.
