Team Building Activity - Sushi Battle Royale

Form into teams and face off against each other to see whose sushi is best!

In this technique-driven competition, guests will divide into small teams to challenge each other in a timed sushi battle. Chef Cregg will guide participants through the traditional processes and techniques behind creating authentic sushi.

Teams begin by filling and rolling vegetable sushi rolls to get their creative juices flowing. Once finished, teams compete with two different types of sushi: hand rolls and musubi. Choose your favorite ingredients from a selection of popular fillings, such as spicy tuna, avocado or chicken katsu. Win or lose, celebrate your new sushi skills with seasonal Japanese sweet treats for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
