Natasha was an amazing instructor and I would happily take another class of hers. She was fun, patient, and efficient in the preparation instructions. She also made it interesting with some trivia questions for us to think about re: Barbados culture and history. The fish cakes were delicious and so was the rum punch! I highly recommend this class for folks of all ages.

There were some technical problems with zoom so we started late, but the class was full of information and the foods we made were great. This was my first cozy meal experience and I will be looking for more classes.
