What’s on the Starbucks Valentine's Menu in 2026?

Last Updated on January 12, 2026
There are many new items on the Starbucks Valentine's menu

Love is in the air…and with the Starbucks Valentine’s menu about to debut, so is caffeine.

As Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, it’s almost time for the brand to drop its much-teased selection of seasonal snacks, drinks and merchandise to celebrate our annual love affair with, well…love.

With total annual spending on Valentine's Day exceeding $20 billion over the last seven years, according to the National Retail Federation, it's not surprising that the biggest coffee chain in the world wants a slice of the pie!

So what’s on the Starbucks Valentine’s Day menu this year? We’ve rounded up all the new menu items and merchandise, so all you have to do is decide what to get!

When Does Starbucks Valentine’s Menu Come Out?

Since retailers like Starbucks tend to get on the holiday hype early, you may be wondering when exactly the Starbucks Valentine’s menu is supposed to be available.

Although we don’t have an official date yet for the debut of the Starbucks Valentine’s Day menu, we can expect an early February rollout based on past releases by the renowned coffee chain

When Does Starbucks Valentine’s Menu End?

We also don’t have a date for the end of the Starbucks Valentine’s menu yet, but again, based on past years, we can surmise that it won’t stick around too long after the holiday.

That’s historically been the cutoff, at which time the Starbucks menu for Valentine’s Day is phased out in favor of the spring menu.

However, if you want to get a taste of the offerings on the Starbucks menu for Valentine's Day, we recommend heading to your nearest outlet as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

Starbucks Valentine's Drinks Menu for 2026

So, now that we know that the Valentine’s Day menu at Starbucks is back, what’s on it exactly? To start, we’ll cover arguably the most popular part of the menu: Starbucks’ Valentine’s Day drinks.

This year's Starbucks Valentine’s menu features two appropriately pink and sweet Starbucks drinks to celebrate the season. There’s also one new coffee blend on the Starbucks February menu for those who prefer simpler, more classic or dairy-free options at Starbucks

If you’re ready to add some holiday sparkle to your Starbs order, these are the drinks on the Starbucks Valentine’s Day menu this year:

White Chocolate Strawberry Cream Cold Brew

This delightful Starbucks Valentine’s Day drink features a base of classic cold brew topped with a flavorful strawberry and white-chocolate cold foam. It’s absolutely perfect for anyone willing to brave the cold to get an Instagram-worthy shot out of this year’s Starbucks Valentine’s menu!

Strawberry Shortcake Frappuccino

Though an official description of the flavor profile hasn’t been released, promotional photographs hint at a juicy Starbucks secret menu-like variant on the classic Strawberry Crème Frappuccino flavor with a touch of strawberry jam.

What we do know is that it sees a berry purée topped with a strawberry Frappuccino-type beverage and a healthy amount of whipped cream and shortbread crumbles. We can’t say yet, but we won’t be surprised at all if this tastes just like its namesake dessert.

Other Drinks on the Starbucks February Menu

Though not officially on the Starbucks Valentine’s menu, three more new drinks are debuting on the Starbucks February menu, which are:

1971 Roast

This is a brand-new, whole-bean coffee blend with sweet and nutty notes, specifically, notes of toasted sugar and rich walnut.

Whether you drink it black, with a touch of cream or as the coffee base for a more complex drink, the vibrant flavor profile is guaranteed to add a new layer to all your favorite sips.

If you try it in-store and can’t get enough, you can conveniently pick up a bag of this roast to brew at home.

Iced Banana Bread Matcha

The Starbucks February menu is continuing to make the most of the boom in matcha consumption to release two new beverages. The first takes earthy matcha and pairs it with flavors of everyone’s favorite breakfast bake: banana bread.

Iced Double Berry Matcha

Fruity and sweet berries pair perfectly with matcha in this new Starbucks drink. Berry purée is topped with creamy matcha latte and it’s finished with a berry cold foam for a drink that’s indulgent and sweet yet not overly so, thanks to the earthy tastes of the matcha that cuts through the cream and berries.

Both of these matcha beverages are perfect for anyone tired of debates over the best cold coffee drinks at Starbucks and ready for something entirely new.

While you may fall in love with all of these drinks, remember that it’s only the first two beverages on this list that are truly specific to the Starbucks Valentine’s menu. This means that you should be able to enjoy the new matcha drinks and roast year-round, or at least beyond Valentine’s Day, if you enjoy them.

MrBeast Collaboration

Oh, by the way. Starbucks’ buzziest February menu item isn’t holiday-related at all: it’s a celebrity collab you probably never expected. (We certainly didn’t.)

Starting in mid-January, Starbucks is collaborating with YouTube superstar MrBeast to offer the limited-time Cannonball Drink, which mixes Strawberry Açai and Mango Dragonfruit Refreshers with a lemonade base.

We’re not sure what that drink recipe has to do with the YouTuber, but it’s by far the most talked-about new item rolling out in the next few months, so make of that what you will.

Starbucks Valentine's Food Menu for 2026

Okay, so this one is tricky. There are technically no official Starbucks Valentine’s menu snacks this year, at least not ones that are branded as holiday-specific.

But there are quite a few new bites coming out in February 2026, so if you’re looking for a snack to pair with your favorite seasonal drink, your new favorite food order might just be found on this list.

Fans of Instagram-worthy sweets will also be pleased to learn that Starbucks is pulling out all the trendiest stops with its roster of new baked goods, which include:

Dubai Chocolate Bite

Dubai chocolate is shaping up to be the dessert trend of the decade, appearing in almost every conceivable format since it skyrocketed to viral fame in late 2024.

The 2010s had their cupcake shops, the early 2020s their cookie joints, and it’s looking like the second half of the 2020s is going to be defined by the Dubai chocolate craze.

And this year, Starbucks is getting in on the action. Honestly, how could Starbucks not have hopped aboard that trend?

This tart-like Starbucks creation consists of a chocolate pastry shell filled with that iconic pistachio filling. The snack is then topped with more chocolate pastry, plus a chocolate drizzle and a sprinkling of pistachios. These bites are just the right size to feel like you’re having a treat without overindulging.

Cookie Croissant Swirl

The name of this pastry makes it sound sort of like a brookie, but it looks a bit more like a cinnamon bun in practice. A puffy croissant-dough swirl is dusted with chocolate cookie crumbles for an even sweeter-than-usual take on the morning bun concept that Starbucks has tried to great effect before.

Yuzu Citrus Blossom

Japanese flavors are another top food trend in the dessert world that Starbucks, with its love of all things matcha, can’t seem to resist. In this snack that resembles a classic French kouign-amann pastry, the Japanese-inspired flavor of choice is yuzu

If you haven’t tried this fruit before, think of a slightly more floral, grapefruit-leaning lemon. It’s used perfectly here to liven up a flaky, sugary croissant-like bun.

Berry Blondie

A brand-new dessert bar that takes a classic brown-sugar blondie base and adds an aesthetically pleasing swirl of berry jam for a different flavor profile than your average blondie recipe.

This one seems perfect for those late winter and early spring days that call for something light but aren’t yet warm enough to call for something properly cold.

Strawberry Matcha Loaf

With a sort-of-pink color scheme, this is probably as close as we’re coming this year to a proper Starbucks Valentine’s Day menu snack.

Think the classic iced pound cake loaves you’re used to seeing in the Starbucks case, but instead of lemon or pumpkin, you’ve got photogenic swirls of pink (strawberry) and green (matcha). It’s all topped with a light pink frosting.

The strawberry-matcha combination is one Starbucks frequently turns to on the drinks menu, so it’s no surprise to see it turned into a baked good.

Chocolate Pistachio Loaf

Another green-swirled cake loaf, but this time we’ve got pistachio instead of matcha. This one no doubt takes additional inspiration from Dubai chocolate, utilizing the flavor combination it made famous in cake form.

Does Starbucks have a Valentine’s menu when it comes to snacks this year? Hard to say. Some of these snacks could be interpreted as holiday-themed and others are more of a stretch. So it’s difficult to say if these “globally-inspired snacks” (as Starbucks puts it) are going to be sticking around past the holiday.

Our tip? It’s best to get in there before the Starbucks Valentine’s menu disappears just to be safe!

Starbucks Valentine's Merchandise

If there’s anything that the Starbucks Valentine’s menu proves, it’s that the place has mastered the art of merchandising. So, of course, the Valentine’s Day lineup includes a few exclusive pieces of merch that fans will no doubt line up around the block to snag.

This year’s Valentine’s Day souvenirs are:

  • Valentine’s Day Ceramic Mug: Minimalistic 14-ounce mug in Starbucks’ signature green with a cute red heart in the center.
  • Valentine’s Day Glass Cold Cup: Clear 16-ounce glass cup with a festive red lid and pink-striped straw. Not overtly “Valentine’s”-y, but great for those who prefer their festive merch a little bit less conspicuous.
  • Valentine’s Day Cold Cup: Classic Starbucks clear cup with an all-over print of red and pink hearts. It's perfect for those who want some more noticeably themed Starbucks Valentine's Day merch.
  • Valentine’s Day Stainless Steel Tumbler: Similar to the mug, this insulated tumbler is Starbucks-green and comes with an adorable all-over red heart print. Perfect for warming those blustery February days.

True to form, Starbucks’ lineup of holiday merch targets every possible niche. Minimalists who don’t want to make it obvious they’re feeling a little festive? Check. All-out Valentine’s Day lovers who are going to be wearing nothing but red and pink until March? Got those covered, too.

Hot or cold, simple or celebratory, it’s pretty much all here. What better way to show off your favorite Starbucks Valentine’s menu drink?

Other New Starbucks Merchandise

In addition to the holiday-themed merchandise releases that complement the Starbucks Valentine’s Day menu, Starbucks’ winter merchandise lineup includes a collection of Lunar New Year-inspired items that will also be debuting soon.

Since 2026 is the Year of the Horse per the Chinese Zodiac, most of the designs are horse-themed. You’ll also see the return of the popular “bearista” keychain, which gets a festive Lunar New Year upgrade this year.

Other options include a mug, a cold cup and a tumbler, all paying homage to the Year of the Horse with festive colors and equine designs.

If there’s one thing for which you can always count on Starbucks, it’s a robust lineup of seasonal releases. Drinks, snacks, new cups for those drinks — you name it, Starbucks is likely to put out a range of new releases for each change of the season and arrival of holidays like Valentine’s Day.

So it’s no surprise that this year’s February lineup of Starbucks Valentine’s Day goods is as creative and buzzy as ever.

And while it’s hard to say just what’s on the Starbucks Valentine’s menu when everything gets jumbled together in a single release of new products, we’d take just about everything here as a Valentine’s Day item just to be safe. ‘Tis the season, isn’t it?
