In this hands-on class with Chef Bekah, enjoy learning how to prepare an incredible three-course Roman dinner that will be 100% plant-based, vegan, and organic.
Begin by learning the art of a surreptitious spreadable cashew cheese with Italian herbs before moving onto the main event of making hand-rolled spaghetti with a pasta machine. Instead of eggs, Chef Bekah will show you how use silken tofu to perfect your pasta. You will even make your own vegan parmesan cheese! For dessert, a fresh avocado chocolate mousse garnished with fresh berries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
