WHAT YOU’LL DO

Roll fresh egg pasta, build a slow ragù and layer your own lasagna with béchamel and mixed cheeses.

Learn the secrets behind a truly great Italian lasagna in this hands-on cooking class guided by native Italian-born chefs. From rolling silk-smooth egg pasta to simmering a deep, savory ragù and whisking a lump-free béchamel, every layer of this dish is built from scratch with care and technique.

 

The session opens with a shared charcuterie of Italian meats, mixed cheeses and fresh vegetables before diving into the pasta kitchen. You'll roll fresh egg pasta sheets, build the ragù low and slow and layer everything together with béchamel, Mozzarella and Parmigiano before baking. A single shot of organic espresso closes the class on a clean, Italian note. Book this lasagna class today.
