Sushi Making Class - Sushi Experience

The sushi making process is all the more immersive when you can see for yourself a culinary artist dedicated to his craft. Chef Jeff, who has over two decades of experience creating succulent sushi, loves to engage his students and share his enthusiasm for preparing this distinct delicacy. Satisfy your craving for Japanese cuisine as well as your curiosity with a truly unique and memorable experience

Start off with a mouthwatering yakitori and kushiyaki, followed by savory vegetable egg rolls and nutritious seaweed salad. For your second course, delight in a flavorful ahi sashimi and scrumptious yellowtail sashimi, and then continue with a decadent set of nigiri sushi; salmon and shrimp. Chef Jeff completes the class with luscious blue crab avocado roll topped with fresh water eel.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
