Cooking Class - Vegetarian Taste of Thailand
Thai cuisine presents an ideal canvas for making vegetarian dishes with a bold, satisfying twist. Let Chef Krong be your guide through this interactive cooking class as she teaches you how to create Thai menu items that skip the meat and double-down on flavor.
Begin by rolling your own vegetable rolls and then frying them until light and crispy. Next, make rice noodles to cook in a tamarind-based sauce with fresh vegetables and tofu for a plate of classic pad Thai. Follow that with a traditional green curry, then finish with sweet tropical fruit in light syrup.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
