Join Chef Daniel and learn how to make your own fresh pasta and sauces.

in this cooking class, not only will you learn the basics of the kitchen but you’ll also whip up a delicious pasta dinner from scratch. Chef Daniel has been working as a professional chef for almost a decade and is ready to pass his knowledge down to you.

To start the evening off, you will learn is how to make a healthy, delicious salad topped with berries, figs and a balsamic vinaigrette. Next, Chef Daniel will show everyone how to make their own fresh spaghetti, classic tomato vodka sauce and ravioli stuffed with cheese topped with homemade Béchamel cream sauce . The final course will be succulent blackened chicken with a baked goat cheese garnish.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Daniel is a great teacher and a gifted Chef. He explains everything from the 'Mother' and 'Daughter' sauces to alternative uses for fresh herbs. He makes everything look easy and clearly knows his way around the kitchen. Chef Daniel is a fresh herb-enthusiast and he has invented subtle and inventive ways to use them that accent food beautifully without overpowering the flavours. Everything we made was delicious. Can't wait to try it all at home. Highly recommended.

Chef Daniel was great. He worked to accommodate a specific date request I had during the holidays. He was kind, clean, courteous. He gave the kids plenty of time to learn, practice, and participate, but overall kept the night and the dinner moving. This was a great gift and a great experience for all! Def worth every penny and the time!
