Cherishing French Heritage with a Bastille Day Culinary Class
Join an interactive chef-led cooking class for a Bastille Day celebration! Practice French techniques, learn to pan-sear steak and craft a tasty compound butter with shallots and herbs in this class. A chef instructor will teach you how to make the most of summer vegetables with a fresh and tasty side dish. End on an exciting note by torching up a French classic — crème brûlée with a glassy, golden finish.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Currently residing in Los Angeles, Chef Gus is dedicated to sharing his culinary wisdom with students, drawn from his extensive hands-on experience in the culinary world.
