Fine French dining meets a seafood lover’s paradise in this Date Night spectacular brought to you by these exclusive cooking classes. From Dijon-Crusted Salmon to savory cheese puffs, you’ll learn to make a deliciously memorable French meal. You’ll learn how to make a zesty vinaigrette and roast flavorful green beans the French way. For a sweet finale, you’ll whip up Bittersweet Chocolate Tarts for dessert.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Currently residing in Los Angeles, Chef Gus is dedicated to sharing his culinary wisdom with students, drawn from his extensive hands-on experience in the culinary world.
