From a comforting Tuscan kale soup to a fresh Greek tomato salad with crisp cucumbers and briny olives, this vegetable-packed menu showcases the delicious variety of the region. You'll also learn how to make hearty protein-rich meatballs with a tangy mint tzatziki sauce, and a light, yet satisfying dessert of honey-roasted stone fruit with creamy cashew lemon ricotta.

Carrie is an easy going and knowledgeable chef and teacher. Her falafel meatballs, Tuscan soup, and stone fruit dessert were so delicious! Even though I can cook, I don't love to do it, and I often lack inspiration. Chef Carrie gives great ideas, tips, and insider info that helped me understand what to cook and why to do it. I had a wonderful time, and I would highly recommend for a date night or for a new experience!
