WHAT YOU’LL DO

Roll, cut and shape fresh pasta by hand in this hands-on Italian session.

Dive hands-first into the art of fresh pasta in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Zach. You'll roll and shape your own pasta from scratch while learning the fundamentals that turn a few simple ingredients into a dish worth returning to for life.

 

 

You'll mix and knead the dough before rolling, cutting, filling and shaping it entirely by hand, while Chef Zach demonstrates two classic sauces to bring your pasta to life. A bright Italian salad rounds out the meal, and a classic affogato – espresso poured over ice cream – closes the session on a sweet note. Book this pasta class today.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Fresh Pasta
Guests make, roll, cut, fill and shape the dough; sauces prepared by the chef
With flour, eggs, butter, water and two sauces
