In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Johnene, you'll create a variety of dishes home to the culture of New Orleans.
You'll begin by learning how to create a creamy and aromatic bowl of corn and shrimp soup, perfect for an appetizer. Next, you'll dive into preparing a zesty homemade linguine "pastalaya" paired with garlic toast and mixed with andouille sausage, chicken, Parmesan, onions and peppers. End the class by crafting an iconic New Orleans classic: Bananas Foster with butter and brown sugar.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
