Chef Yary focuses on fresh ingredients, and showcases their natural beauty, aroma and taste.

This is a great class. Chef Yary grew up in a kitchen in Cuba and she carries it's flavours in her heart and shares them readily with her students. She is clear and easy to follow and her food is a delicious as it is gorgeous. Highly reccomended.
