Social Distancing Friendly Create a four-course meal of internationally inspired tapas with the help of Chef Yary.
Many people associate tapas with Spain, but that's not the only place that's home to these delicate and delicious small bites. French, Cuban and Brazilian cuisines also feature several tapas-style dishes, several of which you will learn how to create in this hands-on cooking class.
Start with Spanish clams and sherry sauce served with grilled bread followed by French duck breast with caramelized endive and cherry purée. The final two courses take you from Europe to Latin American territory with Cuban coconut shrimp and Brazilian chocolate churros.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This is a great class. Chef Yary grew up in a kitchen in Cuba and she carries it's flavours in her heart and shares them readily with her students. She is clear and easy to follow and her food is a delicious as it is gorgeous. Highly reccomended.
Growing up, Chef Yary's bed was right next to the stove in her mother's professional kitchen in Cuba, so she learned all about cooking from an early age. After risking her life to come to the U.S., Chef Yary gave everything she had to the art of cooking. She's passionate about food, and has studied with great chefs all over Europe. Chef Yary focuses on fresh ingredients, and showcases their natural beauty, aroma and taste.
