Learn to make flavorful, healthy versions of your favorite Mexican dishes.

Dive into the vibrant world of Mexican cuisine in this exciting cooking class. Learn to make health-conscious versions of classic Mexican fare from a five-star professional chef in a hands-on environment.

Start by preparing elote salad made with roasted corn and mayonnaise, served with fresh tortilla chips. For the main course enjoy barbacoa beef, adobo chicken or fish soft tacos served with an array of toppings and a side of beans and rice. End class with fried dulce de leche sundaes topped with toasted coconut for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
