Work alongside your colleagues to uncover the secretes of Basque Paella, one of the most popular dishes in Northern Spain. Under the guidance of Chef Yary, your team will prepare a seasonal salad and Paella of their choosing. Guests can request either a vegetarian, meat or seafood paella. Complete the preparations by creating an irresistible honey-orange crema catalana.
Originally from Cuba, Chef Yary has spent time training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and has focused on perfecting Spanish cuisine from the Basque Region while working with organic and locally sourced ingredients.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
