Indulge your palate while embarking on a flavorful and exciting culinary journey to Cuba with the expert guidance of Chef Yary. Influenced by a variety of traditional dishes from Spain, Africa and Puerto Rico among other countries, Cuban cuisine is known for fare that is as rich as the culture of the island nation itself.
Your class begins by learning to prepare a healthy and full-bodied spinach, watercress, avocado and grilled pineapple salad, followed by creating savory and gluten-free Cuban-style tamales with an assortment of mouthwatering toppings. Your class concludes with an irresistible coconut flan with luscious coffee caramel and decadent vanilla bean cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
