Navigate the mouthwatering flavors that comprise authentic Spanish cuisine from Madrid to Barcelona and beyond with a six-course menu assembled by Chef Yary. Traditional Spanish meals are known for incorporating local and regional ingredients that are influenced by the distinct culinary history of each area. In this class, Chef Yary will expertly guide you through a variety of pintxos and tapas.
Your experience begins by learning to create heavenly honey-grilled nectarines stuffed with Cabrales cheese and jamón. Next, you'll learn how to make irresistible seafood bites like roasted clams, Spanish-style mussels and a savory salmon mousse on a baguette. Your culinary journey continues with a delectable roasted duck breast with figs and a succulent herb-roasted sliced lamb.
