Discover your inner Spanish gourmet with Chef Yary!
Navigate the mouthwatering flavors that comprise authentic Spanish cuisine from Madrid to Barcelona and beyond with a six-course menu assembled by Chef Yary. Traditional Spanish meals are known for incorporating local and regional ingredients that are influenced by the distinct culinary history of each area. In this class, Chef Yary will expertly guide you through a variety of pintxos and tapas.

Your experience begins by learning to create heavenly honey-grilled nectarines stuffed with Cabrales cheese and jamón. Next, you'll learn how to make irresistible seafood bites like roasted clams, Spanish-style mussels and a savory salmon mousse on a baguette. Your culinary journey continues with a delectable roasted duck breast with figs and a succulent herb-roasted sliced lamb.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Your Menu

Chef Yary will teach you a variety of pintxos and tapas. Menu samples include:
Stuffed Honey Grilled Nectarines
With Cabrales cheese, thyme, jamón and a blackberry-balsamic vinaigrette
Roasted Clams
With chanterelles, pancetta, tomatoes, and grilled asparagus or bread
Salmon Mousse
On a baguette with anchovies, sundried tomato picada or romesco sauce
Spanish Style Mussels
Cooked in a rich saffron broth with Spanish spices
Seared Duck Breast
On a baguette with roasted figs and a red wine reduction
Herb Roasted Lamb
With shallots, Cabrales cheese, smoked paprika, baby potatoes and carrots
