Cook through a multi-course menu starting with fresh salad rolls with a side of homemade peanut sauce. Next, prepare grilled shrimp skewers with pineapple and a side of tangy cabbage slaw sprinkled with toasted sesame. For the main course, enjoy spicy pumpkin curry topped with veggies, tofu or chicken and served over a bed of rice with a creamy herbed cucumber dip. End class with sticky coconut rice pudding wrapped in banana leaves and topped with sweet mango and Thai basil for dessert.
