Paella is one of the most popular dishes in Spain, and now you can learn to create several succulent varieties of this famed staple food with the guidance of Chef Yary. There is nothing quite like the experience of enjoying a meal that you have prepared yourself, and even after the class concludes, you will be able to recreate paella from scratch in your own home kitchen.

Your flavorful journey begins with learning to create a savory paella mixta, followed by a delightful seafood paella. From there, you will prepare a heavenly paella primavera. Your culinary adventure concludes with an irresistible orange crema catalana tinged with notes of honey and caramel.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
