Do you want to learn the basics of creating the perfect sushi roll?

If you love sushi and want to know how to make your own sushi meal from scratch, then this interactive cooking class is perfect for you. Chef Jimmy will show you the secrets of creating the perfect sushi. To start, Chef Jimmy will lead you through the basics of creating delicious sushi rice.

Then, you will learn how to slice and layer fresh ingredients into two different classic sushi rolls: smoked salmon and avocado as well as a savory vegetable roll. Soon, you will be able to create sushi that would rival even your local sushi restaurants.

Beverages are available for purchase to enhance your experience. Guests must be 21+ to attend.

Chef Jimmy and his soux chef Henry were phenomenal. We couldn’t have failed if we tried. With proper instructions and attention we made excellent dumplings.

Chef Jimmy was great however the venue was poor. Most cooking classes you are more involved and can see and hear the chef as they cook. Didn’t feel very sanitary in the middle of a brewery. Table was too short and hurt the back. Chairs were a joke. I do not feel the class was worth the money at all.

Chef Jimmy did an excellent job teaching us how to make Dim Sum Dumplings. The venue was sub par as it was in the back of a brewery and did not have proper work surfaces and seemed unclean. Jimmy did the best he could do with the area he had to work with.
