My food philosophy is food tastes best in its natural state and healthy food can be delicious. I am lucky to be able to express my artistic side in the creation of food and I am positive people can learn to eat well, happily.

Chef Dave really knows what he is doing and this comes to no surprise since, prior to offering cooking classes, he worked as an executive chef for around 20 years. He has prepared almost every dish, has his own creation of several dishes, and in my experience of having worked with many chefs, he is one of the most knowledgable in how to make good sauces. This was a fantastic cooking class with the highlight certainly being the sauce for the chicken.
