Let executive Chef Dave show you how to make tender chicken with his signature sauce
You and your partner will work side by side at individually-equipped stations while Chef Dave demonstrates cooking techniques with the help of overhead mirrors. You and your guest will be doing 95% of the cooking during this hands-on class as you prepare a delicious three course lunch.
Guests are welcome to bring beer and wine to enjoy with your meal.

Chef Dave really knows what he is doing and this comes to no surprise since, prior to offering cooking classes, he worked as an executive chef for around 20 years. He has prepared almost every dish, has his own creation of several dishes, and in my experience of having worked with many chefs, he is one of the most knowledgable in how to make good sauces. This was a fantastic cooking class with the highlight certainly being the sauce for the chicken.

I owned my own deli and drop-off catering business for years. I have worked in high end Country Clubs, private schools and large corporations like Marriott and Sodexo. My food philosophy is food tastes best in its natural state and healthy food can be delicious.
