Chef Dave spent years in the hotel industry and clearly knows his way around the kitchen. Students in Chef Dave's comfortable kitchens work at individually-equipped stations and create 95% of all three courses.
Only the freshest ingredients are used to create this delicious menu of tangy stuffed peppers, fresh pear salad and tender pan-seared chicken with the Chef's signature mushroom Sherry reduction sauce. Throughout the class Chef Dave will demonstrate techniques with the use of ceiling-mounted mirrors.
Guests are welcome to bring beer or wine to enjoy with your meal.
