Private Chef - Normandy Coast Seafood
A four-course French seafood dining adventure awaits you, with Chef Bobby as your guide. You’ll enjoy a home-cured bacon, sea scallop and French lentil appetizer before refreshing your palate with a watercress and citrus salad dressed with champagne vinaigrette. Then, a pan-seared striped bass filet and truffled barley will provide a hearty main course. Your voyage concludes on a sweet note with a classic tarte tatin.
