Celebrate the lightness and brightness of Spring with this curated menu and private chef experience with Chef Benoit. Vibrant colors from seasonal vegetables are an ode to the newly blooming flowers. Buttery, sautéed oyster mushrooms and delicate green peas complement juicy, jumbo shrimp while hints of freshly picked tarragon make the perfect herb crust for a roasted rack of lamb. For dessert, beautiful shades of red and pink rhubarb atop a sweet custard, drizzled with a fresh strawberry coulis make for the perfect combination of sweet and tangy.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

I HIGHLY recommend Chef Benoit’s classes. I have taken both the fish and beef dinner classes. Both of the meals were beautifully curated and delicious. The recipes were easy to understand and follow, yet the results were elegant and very flavorful. Chef Benoit works with your specific skill level to teach you the techniques needed to prepare these dishes. I have since re-created both menus for guests and they were both hits! I learned new skills in the kitchen like chopping techniques, flavor pairings, and I even filleted my first fish! His home is beautiful and clean and both him and his wife are very warm and welcoming. Thank you, Chef Benoit, for sharing your knowledge and wonderful energy with us!

My recent Cozymeal experience with Chef Benoit was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I stepped into his warm and inviting home, I knew I was in for a memorable culinary adventure. Chef Benoit’s expertise shone through as we embarked on the delightful task of creating an exquisite meal. We began with a delicate and flavorful tuna tartare that set the tone for the evening. Following this, we prepared tournedos of beef filet accompanied by a rich and savory oyster mushroom fricassée. The potatoes au gratin were perfectly creamy, while the green asparagus added a vibrant touch to the palette of dishes. To complete the meal, we baked pommes au four, which were a delightful and sweet conclusion to our feast. Chef Benoit's culinary mastery was evident not only in the delicious dishes but also in the invaluable food prep and cooking tips he shared.
