Celebrate the lightness and brightness of Spring with this curated menu and private chef experience with Chef Benoit. Vibrant colors from seasonal vegetables are an ode to the newly blooming flowers. Buttery, sautéed oyster mushrooms and delicate green peas complement juicy, jumbo shrimp while hints of freshly picked tarragon make the perfect herb crust for a roasted rack of lamb. For dessert, beautiful shades of red and pink rhubarb atop a sweet custard, drizzled with a fresh strawberry coulis make for the perfect combination of sweet and tangy.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

This was our first cozy meal experience and we took our mom here for her birthday. It was a fun experience where we got to learn some fun new tips and tricks from a professional chef. Benoit was very welcoming and engaging throughout the night and my mom had a great time.
