Classic bistro dishes get a high-end makeover, starting with a sweet and creamy velouté of peas, topped with St Agur cheese, walnut pesto and baguette croutons. Perfectly seared duck breast is a hallmark of French cooking and is complemented with a sweet and sour honey sauce with notes of star anise alongside a showstopping pomme darphin, a giant pancake of seasoned, hash-browned potatoes. End the meal with a delicate strawberry and creamy meringue concoction.
