Treat yourself to a menu that exemplifies the rich decadence of French cooking with this private chef experience from Chef Benoit. Melted butter with loads of garlic and herbs coat tender Burgundy snails, served with a warm baguette to soak up the leftover juices. Sink your teeth into ultra-slow cooked short rib, braised in red wine and handfuls of aromatic herbs, shredded atop a bed of homemade tagliatelle noodles for a quintessential French dish. A light-as-air chocolate soufflé with spoonfuls of crème anglaise will be served right out of the oven for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Benoit recently came over to cook for us for our 5 year anniversary and he was spectacular. We had the escargot, beef bourguignon, and chocolate soufflé. He also recommended a wine to pair with it. It was all amazing!! We have two little ones, and he was very flexible with starting a little later so the kids could get to bed first. We got to chat with him for a bit and learned he has 40+ experience of cooking around the world. His food was delicious and we would definitely love to eat with him again!! Thank you for making our anniversary so special, Chef!!

We decided to book Chef Benoit for a Valentine’s Day dinner/date. My partner and I came in with different cooking abilities and both found the experience enjoyable! Chef Benoit prepared a delicious menu that was easy to follow while still exposing us to French cuisine and techniques! He was easy to talk to and was happy to answer any questions we had about the process. Overall, a very enjoyable time if you are looking to learn more about cooking and eat a lovely meal afterwards.
