Chef Dave introduces guests to the art of broiling steak and vegetables in this course.
Chef Dave brings 20 years of executive chef experience to this kitchen classroom experience. With a passion for healthy cooking that tastes delicious, he has created a class that is perfect for any home cook who would like to learn about braising.
In this class, you will learn how to braise a New York strip steak and and a selection of vegetables. Guests also learn how to compose a great caesar salad for a complete menu you’ll love making at home. This introductory course will give guests great culinary building blocks as well as an enjoyable evening with an engaging, professional chef.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Dave really knows what he is doing and this comes to no surprise since, prior to offering cooking classes, he worked as an executive chef for around 20 years. He has prepared almost every dish, has his own creation of several dishes, and in my experience of having worked with many chefs, he is one of the most knowledgable in how to make good sauces. This was a fantastic cooking class with the highlight certainly being the sauce for the chicken.
Meet your chef
I owned my own deli and drop-off catering business for years. I have worked in high end Country Clubs, private schools and large corporations like Marriott and Sodexo. My food philosophy is food tastes best in its natural state and healthy food can be delicious. I am lucky to be able to express my artistic side in the creation of food and I am positive people can learn to eat well, happily.
