Learn how to make three authentic Iberian dishes from scratch with Chef Gustavo.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Gustavo, you will learn how to make three distinctive dishes of the Spanish region completely from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Begin with gambas al ajillo diablo, a recipe featuring shrimp cooked in a garlic, parsley, lemon and white wine sauce studded with hot dry peppers. Next, cook spiced Valencian paella the traditional Spanish way: In a wood fire with vegetables, pork, chicken and saffron. Finally, prepare homemade crêpes filled with either dulce de leche or Nutella.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
