From California to Alaska rolls, learn how to prepare an impressive variety of handmade maki.

In this hands-on class with Chef Made Master, you'll learn not only how to prepare a delectable array of perfectly poppable sushi morsels, but also how to make them into masterpieces that look almost too beautiful to eat.

You'll begin by crafting stunning salmon roses that are as beautiful as they are delicious and make for tasty mouthfuls guaranteed to impress. Then, you will roll into the maki making with a tuna roll, avocado cucumber roll, spicy salmon roll, California roll, skyline roll, and an Alaskan roll.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Made Master is both a skilled teacher and a kind, easy-going person. Though it requires many years of study to master the art of sushi making, Chef Made Master makes it fun and accessible for all levels. He was also extremely prompt and courteous. Would recommend him to anyone!
