Chef Jordan teaches guests how to make gourmet pastas, ravioli and sauces from scratch.

Join Chef Jordan for this introduction to making gourmet pasta from start to finish as he brings years of culinary knowledge to this informative course.

In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn how to make a fresh salad, filled and unfilled pasta and a selection of handmade sauces. Choose from garganelli pasta with savory meat sauce or farfalle pasta with vegetable ragù, and a filled pasta, like tortellini or agnolotti, swimming in a rich cream sauce. Discover all the skills you need to start making high-quality pasta and sauce.

Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class. Alcohol is not permitted on site.
