Choose from garganelle and farfalle pasta with savory meat or vegetable ragu and a filled pasta like tortellini, agnolotti, or ravioli, swimming in a rich, cream sauce. This hands-on class will give you all the skills you need to start making high-quality pastas and sauces in your own home kitchen.
