If you've ever hoped to explore the tastes of India, take a four-course adventure in flavor in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Manjiri. You'll create authentic recipes and discover how to balance seasoning and texture from an expert in the cuisine.
Begin by preparing butter chicken studded with onions and tomatoes, green peas pulao featuring floral basmati rice, and a refreshing raita made with cucumbers and yogurt. And to quench your thirst for all things sweet, whip up a creamy mango lassi with yogurt, milk and spicy cardamom.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
