If you want to explore Sichuan’s most traditional dishes, this cooking class with Chef Li is a great place to start. Begin by learning how to make homemade Sichuan chili oil. You will use it to dress a poached chicken salad, fry green beans and prepare a popular Sichuan Beef dish. Finally, cool your taste buds with a silky almond Tofu.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
