Cooking Class - Everyday Indian
In this hands-on cooking class, you'll practice the skills and techniques to create a hearty meal inspired by traditional dishes of India. Transform familiar ingredients, like chicken, tomatoes and rice, into a beautiful spread that adds some spice to the everyday meal.
Begin with crunchy poppadom before building depth of flavor in a rich chicken curry paired with fluffy basmati rice and spiced vegetables. Next, learn how to craft a cooling corn raita, followed by a bright and creamy mango shrikhand seasoned with cardamom and saffron for a wonderfully sweet ending.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
