Put your unique spin on a classic French treat.

Learn to make decadent chocolate bonbons from scratch in this hands-on cooking experience led by Chef Jordan. Perfect as a birthday treat or a weekend reward, bonbons are more versatile and easy to make than you might think.

You will learn how to temper chocolate and use pastry molds as you infuse your chocolate with various flavors and customize your bonbons. You'll make crowd-pleasers, like coffee and dark chocolate, and get tropical with a passion fruit bon bon. Each guest will leave the class with at least 15 bonbons to enjoy!

Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class. Alcohol is not permitted on site.

Highly recommend this class! I bought the class for my boyfriend's birthday and it was the perfect date night activity. Chef Jordan is very sweet and answered our millions of cooking questions. We learned so much and had so much fun, and the food was amazing. Would definitely go again.
