Cozymeals are a SCAM and WONT REFUND. I purchased a tour and showed up where they told us the tour was started. Another tour leader called me and said they are in a completely different location. After taking an uber to the next location, even though we were 5 mins early to the location we were emailed, we were informed we missed the first stop. We meet the group at the second location, the tour guide tells me we aren't going to any of the places we originally signed up for. I called customer service and asked for a refund. They admitted it was their mix up but refuse to give me anything more than a 50% refund. Cozymeals steals your money, lies about the location, admits fault, and refuses to refund your money. Go with another trustworthy company.
