Chef Chrissy was very nonce but the experience was not what we expected. Very simple meal. No instruction. Left after 90 minutes. Tried to add a $69 travel charge.

Class was super fun! we learned possibly the best collard greens recipe ever and practiced some basic kitchen skills. my friends and i had a private class to celebrate some birthdays Chef Chrissy did not disappoint! we had so much fun making collard greens, fried chicken, mac and cheese and red velvet waffles for lunch! there was also so much food leftover to take home! This was the last class in her old place, so we were a little discombobulated in getting on the things we needed to cook. Was super fun and would definitely recommend again! Note that the website says biscuits and gravy are on the menu but they're not. believe me, theres still more than enough food to go around.

Chef Chrissy was absolutely wonderful! She was knowledgable and accommodating and just a lot of fun to share the kitchen with for a few hours. Amongst our group of 4 was a wide range of experience and lack there of, and she gave everyone what they were looking for - great tips and techniques for the pros, excellent guidance and encouragement for the novices (me). The food (and leftovers) was delicious and we'll definitely repeat the recipes in the future. No complaints whatsoever. If we did it again, we'd request Caribbean cuisine since I get a sense that would be a bit of her specialty. All in all a fun informative experience that I would definitely recommend! Thanks Chef Chrissy!
