Enjoy a menu of featuring elevated Latin dishes made from authentic ingredients.

In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to make delightful dishes with a Latin flair. Your expert chef will guide you through honing new cooking techniques and heightening your kitchen skills.

First, hand-make creamy guacamole and fry up some crispy chips for dipping. Then, assemble and grill garlicky shrimp skewers and learn how to prepare tender carne asada with herby chimichurri. Perfectly charred fresh vegetables and fluffy cilantro rice round out your main course. For dessert, you’ll craft a traditional flan with fruity infusions of sweet mango and pineapple.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
