What You’ll Do

Bring a taste of the late Italian summer to your home table.

Why fly to Italy when you could learn to recreate its most delicious late-summer dishes in this hands-on cooking class? That’s right, following the instruction of a renowned chef, you’ll quickly get to grips with Italy’s revered cooking traditions. On the menu? Pork chops with salsa verde, wild mushroom risotto and broccoli rabe with walnuts and shaved Parmesan cheese. Need something sweet? You’re sure to enjoy a spiced apple crostata!

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

After 10 years of in-depth corporate catering experience, Chef Andrea shifted into instructor mode to share her talent with aspiring cooks. Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports. All of this activity is the perfect fuel for energizing Chef Andrea as she dreams up new methods for helping her students hone their kitchen skills.

Well planned and organized. The chef demonstrated techniques so that we could be hands-on with the cooking. She explained to us the why & how of what we were doing. We had fun & The meal was delicious!
